A Short Co-Bill Tour and an Old Interview

Hey everyone,

I’m pleased to announce that in early March I’ll be playing a quick series of shows up and down the metropolitan corridor with Max García Conover, one of my good friends and favorite performers. Max is a prolific and talented songwriter based in Maine, and we got to know each other a few years ago when we worked together on his last album, ellery. We’ve found that our different musical styles turn out to complement each other very well, and we love performing together whenever we can. I expect that these shows will be a lot of fun. Here’s where they will be happening:

3/1 BURLINGTON, VT: Manhattan, 9pm
3/2 PORTLAND, ME: Blue, 5pm
3/3 SALEM, MA: Gulu Gulu Cafe, 9pm
3/4 MT. HOLLY, NJ: Robin’s Nest, 8pm
3/5 WASHINGTON, DC: Ebenezer’s, 7pm
3/11 WASHINGTON, DC: Vinyl Lounge at Gypsy Sally’s, 8pm
3/13 CAMBRIDGE, MA: Gallery 263, 6:30pm (doors)

Also: last summer I was interviewed on a radio station in Vermont by a great host named Joshua High, and we ended up having a lengthy conversation about music, landscape, environmental art, and more — it touched on a bunch of things I care about a lot. That interview is now on YouTube in case you’re interested in checking it out:

Hope to see you soon.
Ben
